The AWC is proud to have partnered with the GGG Stadtbibliothek to create the first English Public Library in Basel-Stadt. For over 10 years the organizations have worked together to offer the largest collection of English language adult and children's books and media in Basel. The Library's catalog includes access to New York Times Best Sellers, current and past popular magazine editions as well as CD's, DVD's, and even board games.

 

Library membership includes access to apps such as the Libby app, a cutting edge e-reader, making borrowing e-books easier than ever.

 

Since 2012 the AWC, in collaboration with Centrepoint and the Anglican Church of Basel, have held an annual book sale to support the English programs of the GGG Stadtbibliothek Basel. This increasingly popular event is held in the spring and is open to the public, offering 1000s of used books for sale.
